I have nothing but positive feedback for JoJo’s Bags. I ordered the Women’s Vegan Vintage Style Clutch Purse, and was accidentally sent a wallet instead. The wallet was gorgeous, but not what I had ordered. I contacted the seller and she responded immediately. She was apologetic, took full responsibility, and told me to keep the wallet. She sent the correct item within a few days. The purse is also gorgeous. Both the wallet and the purse are very high quality, and I’m a very happy customer.

This bag is LOVELY! Super soft white leather and a perfect metal chain. I shortened it, so it's now either a short over the shoulder bag or a hands free deluxe fanny pack for biking/walking/hiking. I could not be happier. Beautiful workmanship at a very nice price.
